Independent, founder-run, and built alongside the plants we serve.
Built on a decade of predictive monitoring programs for the toughest industrial operations in the Americas.
Why Predicore exists.
Predicore was founded in Texas by the team behind Maper Tech, a company that started in 2016 with a simple conviction: a plant where nothing fails unexpectedly is more productive, and a better place to work. For nearly a decade we grew the way our customers did, one plant at a time, funding every step with results, running predictive monitoring programs for some of the toughest industrial operations in the Americas: Coca-Cola bottlers, Denso, Metalsa, Goodyear, Codelco.
When our first U.S. plants came on board, we found a market full of monitoring technology and short on results: one-size-fits-all sensors, dashboards full of alerts, and no one following through on the plant floor. The complex assets (presses, robots, low-RPM and intermittent equipment) were exactly where those platforms stopped.
That’s what Predicore was built for: technology tuned to each asset, certified analysts on top of real-time AI, and engineers who walk your plant and train your team: a loop that doesn’t end until the issue is resolved.
How we work
Our answer to the commodity approach (mass-produced sensors, standardized playbooks, account teams that have never seen your plant) has been the same since day one:
- ✓We do more than what’s asked.
- ✓We never stop growing.
- ✓We take initiative and solve.
- ✓Our work is something you can count on without checking twice.
In this business, being reliable isn’t a value. It’s the product.
A note from our CEO.
We started in 2016 with no outside capital and no installed base. Almost everything I know about this business I learned on plant floors, walking lines with maintenance teams that couldn’t afford another failure, and couldn’t afford another tool that didn’t deliver either.
Predicore is founder-operated and self-funded. That matters more than it sounds: investors expect recurring revenue and results that scale fast, and there’s nothing wrong with that, but it rarely leaves room for programs shaped around one plant’s reality. We don’t carry that pressure. So we can train your team until you don’t depend on us, hand over the technology if that’s a better fit, and take the time to tune every asset properly. No pressure to rush. No contract designed to lock you in.
We’re headquartered in Houston, hours away from almost any plant floor in the country. If we earn your business, you won’t be a logo in a deck. You’ll know the engineers on your program by name, and they’ll know your plant.
The team behind your program.
You won’t get an account manager reading from a script. Every Predicore program is run by engineers: a multicultural, diverse team distributed across four countries, with our global headquarters in Houston, Texas.
Predictive Engineers
ISO 18436 CAT II & III certified vibration analysts. They supervise every diagnosis and take the complex cases personally: multi-mode failures, intermittent equipment, low RPM.
Data Integrity Engineers
They guard everything your diagnosis depends on: sensor health, connectivity, data quality. Problems get caught and fixed before they ever touch your monitoring.
Reliability Program Engineers
Your point of contact for program success. They track your program weekly, train your team, and report its value monthly, in dollars.
Technology & Engineering
Behind every program there’s a full in-house technology team: hardware, firmware, software, AI, and manufacturing. You may never meet them, but they work for your plant too: when your assets need something the product doesn’t do yet, there’s a team that can build it.
Plus certified field engineers who install, commission, and walk plants every week.
What plant teams say.
“Their early alerts help us schedule shutdowns and address minor deviations before they escalate. Without their monitoring, those would turn into lost production hours and major equipment damage.”

No handoffs to a sales team. Walk us through your plant and an engineer will come back with a complete proposal: a technical monitoring plan, a fixed monthly fee, and an implementation plan stage by stage.
